Shipping policy
Welcome to Reebike! We make every effort to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle deliveries.
Delivery zones
We deliver our products to France and abroad. Delivery costs and times may vary according to destination.
Delivery times
- Metropolitan France: Orders are generally delivered within 3 to 5 working days after processing and dispatch.
- International: Delivery times vary according to destination, and can range from 5 to 15 working days.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated according to the weight and size of your order and the destination. Delivery charges will be displayed before your order is finalized
Order processing
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed before 12:00 (local time) will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be processed on the next working day.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. You can track the status of your delivery via our partner carrier's website.
Delivery and reception
- Delivery address: Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct and complete. Reebike cannot be held responsible for delays or errors in delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
- Absence on delivery: In the event of absence on delivery, a delivery notice will be left at the address indicated. You will then be able to collect your parcel as indicated by the carrier.
- Product collection: If the parcel is not collected within the time limit set by the carrier, it will be returned to Reebike. Return and reshipment costs will be charged to the customer.
Delivery problems
- Damaged parcel: If the parcel is visibly damaged on receipt, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. We will take the necessary steps to resolve the problem.
- Missing or incorrect product: If a product is missing or incorrect in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We will correct the error as soon as possible.
